But both IMEI-s after repair are still invalid if check it at phone with *#06# ... mean there is no service if SIM is placed inside.

Phone have shiny HW condition inside, just come with second IMEI invalid ... now after repair operation - both are Invalid-s

Any advice?

@ debeliamark,

According to the log file more likely that the phone has some issues with the firmware.
Try to reflash phone and repeat Repair IMEI operation after that.

Anyway phone is eMMC erased... reflashed, this error is not appeared now, but IMEI-s cannot be repaired:
