i unlock motorola E4 verizon with succesful operation but phone doesnt accept readed code

@ virgin_phones,

According to the provided log file SigmaKey could not read phone's IMEI number.
Is this phone fully working?
Does it has correct IMEI number?
Also, please upload security backups read from this phone to any filesharing web site and post link for them in a current thread.
