i tried to write some oenonfo file the model ok but no keyboard

i think i missed some steps any help.

but in first step i repair vendor and country from all/cn to hw/cea then i flashed the phone with new firmware :Huawei P30 ELE-L29 hw cea ELLE-L29B 9.1.0.185(C461E4R1P11)

Change Vendor/Country/Model
This feature can be used to adjust phone settings correctly after the device has been flashed with another firmware service provider version.

1) Tick “+Huawei”
2) Fill in the fields "Vendor", "Country" and "Model" with the correct data
3) Press "Repair" button
IMPORTANT: Reflash the phone after changing provider settings!
