Please perform following operations:

1. Fully charge phone's battery
2. Restart phone
3. Ensure that USB debugging is enabled
4. Close all the side programs, that may interfere with the phone
5. Connect phone to USB port placed on the back side of PC (motherboard's USB port).
6. Avoid using any kind of USB HUBS.
7. Ensure that phone has stock (factory) firmware version.
8. Root phone once again
9. Run Direct Unlock operation according to the manual once again

Try to re-flash phone and repeat Direct Unlock operation from the very beginning.

Root this phone with Kingo rooter. Then perform unlocking once again.

unfortunately the customer took the phone away, but I appreciate the attention, I think the root with Vroot not right for this style. I recorded flash 2 times
