I have seen this error many times, what does it mean?

this time was unlocking Motorola EX116 from Telcel.

During unlock operation SigmaKey saves phone's Security area.
According to provided log file there's no free space at your PC. Please clean some space and run unlock operation once again.

Sorry but the problem persist, the drives has 5 and 3 gb free, it's not a free space problem. tell me what to do plz.

A friend told me the solution for EX116 Telcel.

Read Codes
Enter ###765*08# using a valid SIM Card
Enter the readed code.

note: you only have one chance to enter the right code, take care

BackSlash_cu, it seems like you have deleted some files and folders from your PC recently.

Go to SigmaKey tab, then check whether Security backup folder exist on your PC :) If it doesn't exist - just create it.
And this case will be solved.

Mine is not solved. There is a security backup, but still failure.

What an issue exactly you have?
Did you check all of the folders that suppose to be in the My Documents\SigmaKey\... file folder?

I had the same problem.
Just plug TURNED OFF phone and chose Qualcomm Tab, there will be displayed DIAG port.
