G7 Play XT1952-2 don't go into factory mode - GSM-Forum

I am trying to remove frp from G7 Play. But Always when I select factory mode the G7 restart and after I select factory mode again the g7 shows start up failed

so i need to re install the software to get the phone working again. but still stuck on frp

Any idea?

You can't do that with any box, just a trick
