Please try to perform following operations and post results in a current thread:

Normal Mode
- Connect phone to PC in powered on state
- Install drivers
- Run Sigma Software
- Select Qualcomm platform
- Perform Get Unlock Codes operation
- Save log file
- Post it here
Download Mode
- Connect phone to PC in Download Mode
- Install drivers
- Run Sigma Software
- Select Qualcomm platform
- Perform Get Unlock Codes operation
- Save log file
- Post it here
Fastboot Mode
- Connect phone to PC in Fastboot mode
- Install drivers
- Run Sigma Software
- Select Qualcomm platform
- Perform Get Unlock Codes operation
- Save log file
- Post it here

P.S. Detailed manuals on how to enter phone into Download/FastBoot modes and how to perform Get Unlock Codes operation available by this link.

Did you try to connect phone in a various modes?
Can it be detected in any other mode?

no other mode possible for this phone if press left key & power on shows user data wipe but in that mode no connectivity
