First of all, download and install Sigma Software, please.
After that try rooting phone using Sigma Software once again. Use 3rd method for rooting current handset.

z667 Is not getting rooted by sigma.

it is new model from zte , I have been reading on xda it is beeng hard to root.

Try to root this phone with Sigma. Open "Android ADB" tab, then go to "Root" bookmark. Select rooting method that corresponds to your phone's Android version

Had to buy a code from ebay. Thanks anyways.

Sigma needs to work on better root options for newer phones.
