Power off the phone
Open Qcom tab
Go to "Service" tab
Select your model from “Phone model” drop-down list on the right
Select virtual port “Plug USB cable into the powered off phone…”
Press "Remove FRP" button
Set the phone to EDL mode. Some examples:
- Use EDL cable
- Press vol+ button and insert USB cable
- Press vol+ button and insert USB cable. Select Download in the appeared menu
- Press and hold vol- and vol+ buttons simultaneously and insert USB cable
Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
Message "Done" indicates that the procedure has been completed successfully and device can be disconnected now.
