Is this MTK or Qualcomm based phone?
In case it is MTK based phone, run unlock operation according to this manual.
In case phone is based on a Qualcomm platform, it can not be serviced by SigmaKey.

yes my mistake this is qualcom based phone i read that the mtk variant is the supported one..thank you for reply
