Hi support, i have removed huawei id using "Remove Huawei Id" option in sigma software, and after that now problem is "Chip damaged" processor, i have tried factory reset but it fails and can't complete the factory reset, i have tried repairing and removing huawei id again selecting boot 2 & 3 but no success.., i have to mention that i realized the process selecting boot 1 instead recommended boot 3 for k820.
