Hello any one please help a p40 pro huawei cant start after firmware downgrade fo google install is hard bricked ant use recovery says there is no package to list...
all the time runs in eRecovery...

updating says : Getpakage info failed...

product supporter please help...

Please explain in more details what an issue exactly you are dealing with.
What an issue phone originally had?
What firmware version this phone orignialy had?
What firmware you have flashed into this phone?
What operations were performed to this phone?
Also, post here all log files from the operations you have performed to this phone. It would spread some light at your case.

load factory fastboot, read info, flash proper base update.app via fastboot, enable downgrade, flash full fw in upgrade mode.

probably it was a try to write play store , and a try of downgrade, unlucku in this case

i do have some hardware eq. to deal with dead phones , but i dont like to open it it is on warranty , so if it is a flash case i would like give a try
