Phone you have is U2800A.
It can not be serviced by SigmaKey, at the moment.

Hi supporters i am new member i just bought sigma key unfortunately my first phone to do with your software is huawei u2800a from metro pcs please sir will you support this phone soon?

At the moment U2800A phone model is not supported for the servicing purposes by SigmaKey.
As soon as the solution for this phone model will be developed, it'll be released.
