Is this phone fully working? Reflash this phone and try once again. If this won't helo, look for hardware issues.

Ya, its fully working phone ! But can't resolved by Sigma Box.

Anyway I have solved it by another tool with the help of my dear friend

I don't understand a highly professional tool can't solve it but a simple tools solved it very easily.
