sigma team please chek this log:
always fail to repai imei, but unlock process is ok.

Use latest sigma version...

@ lui_naranjo,

As it was earlier mentioned by mcandre, just install latest Sigma Software and repeat Direct Unlock operation. An issue you were dealing with suppose to be solved.
