Perform following steps:
  1. Re-download latest Sigma Software version
  2. Ensure that previous version of Sigma Software is not running
  3. Run installation operation
  4. Use latest Software version

Redownload installer from the Sigma web site and install it.
Works fine on my devices: WIN 7_64 and WIN 10_64.

Was software successfully installed and running at another PC?
What OS exactly is installed at your PC, where software is not installing?
