i dont understand this.with sima 1,2,3 i cant read flash backup from huawei phones.but the huawei dongle can,after this description:

the customer wants just the pictures from an frp phone.

SigmaKey Huawei edition and SigmaKey with Pack 1+2+3 supports all the same features and Huawei phone models.
With SigmaKey Huawei edition only Huawei phones can be serviced.
With Fully activated SigmaKey all of the supported operations and phone models listed at the official web site are supported.

For Sigma Pack1 + Sigma Pack2 users

• Change Provider (Manufacture mode)
• Change Sim card mode (single-dual)
• ENABLE DOWNGRADE feature
• Huawei ID remove
• Model repair
• Repair IMEI, WI-FI, Bluetooth, serial numbers (Manufacture mode)
• Work with Bootloader (Manufacture mode)

For Sigma Pack3 users

• FLASH (factory, fastboot, upgrade) not all versions support this feature
• FRP REMOVE

All of the features are supported by SigmaKey Huawei edition.
Please notice that huawei phones with the latest security patch installed can not be serviced.

Here are some main tips on how to check what phone models are supported/ what operations are supported/ how to find required manual:

1. Go to the list of supported phone models
2. Find required brand - phone model
3. Press left mouse button on it
4. List of supported operations and required packs will appear
5. Under the list of supported operations appears "Help" button
6. By pressing on a "Help" button you will be redirected to the page with the manuals

No, Huawei edition SigmaeKey only such activation is available: SigmaKey Huawei Edition Upgrade to SigmaKey with Pack 1, 2, 3

Pack 1 or 2 or 3 separately can not be activated for Huawei edition.

today i buy sigma huawei dongle but there are a problem reseler say me this dongle only for huawei but there are in mtk tab show only 7 phone show huawei other all phone alcatel and other brands phone list how to solve im buy this dongle for huawei but there are only 7 model in mtk tab to show????

In almost all cases you do not need to select any model from the list.
It works automatically.
Just find your model here, сlick on HELP and you will see the required manual for it.

I just bought Sigma huawei edition but can not work with it... it says

..You should activate required PACK to work with this model.

I chatted online with sigma support they confirmed that this key is only Sigma key not Huawei Edition...
Reseller's Mistake.....
