pls help on my moto a956 droid 2, cannot detect/ unlock by sigma...

already installed drivers moto and usb debugging check...
already hard reset phone...

but still not working...

How did you get it to connect? Please help. Having same problem

Double Check unlock manual, please.

Quote:

Turn the phone on and wait for it to fully start up
Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
Ensure that the phone is not connected in USB mass storage mode
Install Motorola drivers (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
Go to "Unlock" tab
Press “Connect Motorola Android phone”
Select "Motorola USB Diagnostic Port" in the ports selection tab
Press "Unlock" button
Message "Unlocking phone… Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
Disconnect the handset
Phone is unlocked

Ensure that the phone is not in the "USB Mass Storage device" mode.
