MOTOROLA XT1058 Driver start error with Sigma Box - GSM-Forum

I have this error unlocking Motorola XT1058 with Sigma. Any idea?

Here is the log of operations:

sorry to say but this time pack 2 is very bad update since almost all motorola " supported " not support

i have the problem too with motox and xt925

Sigma Software v2.09.03 has been released.
With this update we have improved Direct unlock / Read unlock codes / Repair IMEI procedure for Motorola XT907, XT925 and XT926 with Android 4.4.2 and much more.
Try servicing your phones with the new release and post results in a current thread, please.
Notice: These phones suppose to have bootloader unlocked and be rooted prior to service with Sigma

i am having an issue with this phone connecting to the pc. It will not connect to the Moto ADB Interface.... Any suggestions?? i am really confused because i was under the impression that i had installed all drivers already. if anyone has a suggestion plz advise.

Is there all drivers installed?

This seems to be the issue.
I cant get the correct Serial port to appear and stay. Every time i connects it disappears. im not really sure what im doing wrong. ???
