Motorola XT910 along with many other TI OMAP based phone models are already supported for the servicing purposes by SigmaKey.
You can check list of supported phones at the official support site.

@ !!AS!!,

In order to be able to unlock current phone model, XT910, Pack1 activation is required and select TI OMAP platform on Sigma Software, as this phone is TI OMAP based.
Also, it is recommended to use latest Sigma Software versions. Latest Sigma Software is 2.03.03.01.

In order to be able to service XT910 phone model Pack1 is required. According to the log files you have posted Pack1 is not activated for a current SigmaKey.
