read backup from this phone - this is what is being recommended in such cases.

Please perform following operations:
  1. Read full phone backup from current handset
  2. Save log file
  3. Post link for the backup along with the log file in a current thread
  4. Specify what network provider the phone locked to

Now imie is damage and when try to switch it on it just brinks then shuts down .l didnt backup b4 l tried to unlock it but made a back up after unlock attempt fail.So shud l sent u this file backed up after it is damaged.Its lock to MTN ZAMBIA.
