My Smart Card not working

First for all , cheers everyone


The problem it’s weird here its what happened


After finish unlock job , the box works perfectly but after connect for new job i have this


“smartcard not found (searched 1 of 2 )

Please. Connect sigma key/box”

Searched a lot of post saying its drivers problem also this is not the problem


Im user since 2013 and after years work propiely

obviously i dont have the drivers problem , searching other posts says it happen and the solution it provide is buy new smart card and put the sigma key packs already buyied , also mine have the 3 packs activated


I put Octoplus box smart in sigma box base and it works but not inverse


Im old user and i remember exist a program called “Sigma Updater” i downloaded and it detected perfect also obtain the Serial Number of the Smart Card
