This dongle is new without ever using, check what firmware version it had, as it was supposed to be blank or firmware version v. 0.00, of course with the latest software version Version 2.30.04.01 Date: 04/19/19

Then update the dongle and I do not open the software, I have left to activate the pack, I should open and let me work even if I do not have any activated pack.

Uninstall all USB sharing software from your PC, if they are installed, run Sigma Software.

Ensure that no other box/dongle is connected to PC, USB sharing software is not installed, no other software that uses Smart Card is in use/running and run Sigma Software after that.

I have another sigma dongle and it works 100% ok, besides all the boxes, this one does not know what the problem is.

problem solved, I do not know how, but from good to first it opened without problems, now to activate the pack.
