Nova Lite PRA-LX2 Still On Huawei eRecovery Mode After Successful Flashing

The phone was unsuccessful on OTA update by the customer so it becomes bricked. After powering on the phone it will boot in Huawei eRecovery mode. If you select Download latest version and recovery option via wifi, the result was "Getting package info failed." If I will select full factory reset, it will stuck in 5 percent and reboot to Huawei eRecovery again. So I decided to flash it via fast boot mode on Sigma box and this is the log result:

SigmaKey v.2.28.03
Sigma dongle 2.28, Initializing...OK
Pack 1: Activated
Pack 2: Activated
Pack 3: Activated
--------- 2018-07-06 09:53:13 ---------
SigmaKey 2.28.03 HiSi: Write firmware
(ADB) Writing flash...UPDATE.APP
Firmware: PRA-LX2C999B000
This operation may brick the phone! Are you sure you want to proceed? [YES]
Phone model: PRA-LX2
Version: :PRA-LX2C636B180
Writing flash...Done
Restarting phone...OK

But the phone is still in the same trouble. If I will proceed to upgrade mode like in the manual of Sigma Box, booting the phone by pressing volume- and volume+ without memory card, will display "Installing update."

Please help...
