Current phone model, OT-5020, can be unlocked in 2 different ways:

1. Via Calculate Unlock Codes by IMEI & PID operation.
2. Via Direct Unlock via Yoda method operation.
   Yoda method requires Pack1 to be activated.

According to the log file you have posted Pack1 is not activated for your SigmaKey.
Calculate Unlock Codes by IMEI and unlock your phone manually.

In order to be able to perform Repair IMEI / Direct Unlock operations Pack1 requires to be activated, as these operations are supported via Yoda method.
