please explain how to get vcom interface to unlock as mtk always get adb interface now

Direct unlock

1. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in upper left side of the software
2. "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
3. Go to "Unlock" tab
4. Install required Android USB Driver Installer (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
5. Set the phone to "FTM" mode
6. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
7. Select USB Modem port in the ports selection tab
8. Press "Unlock" button*
9. Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in Sigma dialog window; only after that you can turn the phone off

Set a smartphone to FTM (Field Test Mode)
Procedure may be different for some types of ZTE smartphones

• General procedure:
  1. Switch the device off.
  2. Press Volume Down and Power On buttons simultaneously until you see "FTM" message on the phone's screen.
• Alternative way:
  1. Switch the device off.
  2. Press Volume Down, End Call and Power On buttons simultaneously until you see "FTM" message on the phone's screen.
     * If you can't enter FTM mode, turn the phone ON, dial *983*87274# and choose "only Diag".

I install ZTE Android USB Driver Installer
put the phone into the FTM mode
connect the phone by BSB cable
but the device manager show me an unknown android device
is I missing something?

Alot of phones are not listed on the list are supported for unlock. Can this phone be unlock by sigmakey or not?
