Please update Alcatel TCL 9020a on model list

I have issues trying to unlock alcatel tcl 9020a for weeks now i ve always ended up with different errors
most of the errors i nomally get is to select phone model from model list only not to find 9020a on the list.
When i choose other com port from the list i get "missing response error from phone".I also tried to flash the phone but i cant get model firmware on support.
pls i need help pls

Run Unlock operation according to the following manual:

Direct unlock

• Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in upper left side of the software
• "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect". In case Sigma won't detect Alcatel model automatically, select "Alcatel Android" manually in this dropdown box
• Go to "Unlock" tab
• Turn the phone on without sim card
• Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
• Install USB Host Driver
• Select Qualcomm DIAG (Diagnostic) Port in the ports selection tab
• Press "Unlock" button
• Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in Sigma dialog window; only after that you can turn the phone off
  
  Diagnostic mode activation: dial *#2618# or ###2324#
