Please reinstall the Alcor Micro device driver for SigmaKey/Box.
Disconnect SigmaKey/Box...OK
S-Card: 69 Sigma dongle, v 2.06
Your Sigma dongle is up to date and does not need to be updated

@ sugwan08,

Please perform following operations:

Reconnect SigmaKey directly to another PC USB port, avoiding any kind of HUB
Reinstall drivers for it (drivers can be found in the x:\Program Files \GsmServer\SigmaKey\drivers\AU9540DrvPkg V1.7.26.0_WHQL\... file folder at your PC)
Run Sigma Software
