Removing FRP lock...Done

even blocked it is not deleted

What code exactly phone is asking for?
Master Reset phone and repeat FRP Remove operation once again.

the phone does not format completely it stays with a sign (!) and when it starts it tells me (to (continue first unlock the phone)

Post photo or video your engliah is hard to underatand ..please post video about your problems .

Downgrade firmware version. It suppose to solve this issue.
