i don't understand is this 3 model is only supported or all lg that have mtk chips are supported

old motorola like a1000 or v3 razor like that it is supported also or not i was thinking that this box is a replacement of smart clip or better than smart-clip

By the link mcandre have posted earlier you can find complete list of officially supported phone models. Unlock operation for officially supported phone models was developed and tested by product developers.
But, as SigmaKey uses unique unlock algorithms it potentially supports much more phone models.
It means that if you have MTK phone model based on the already supported CPU you can perform following operations:

1. Read phone backup
   Just in case
2. Perform Get Unlock Codes
3. Post results along with the log file at the forum

Detailed manuals on the supported operations for MTK based devices available here.

No these phone models are not supported by SigmaKey.

Try performing Read Unlock Codes according to the manual for Alcatel and ZTE Android Smartphones based on MT6573 / MT6575 / MT6577 / MT6589 and post a log file along with the results in this thread.

Seems like ZTE Blade Q is based on MT6572. Use this manual for unlocking (Android Smartphones based on MT6572).

An issue you're dealing with appears because Repair IMEI operation is getting performed improper.
Double check manual on how to service Y625 phone model by following this link and perform operation according to it.
