Try running Direct Unlock operation according to the manual for MT62xx based phone models and post results in a current thread.
Don't forget that MT6225 based phone models requires to be connected to PC COM port via original COM data cable or any COM port emulator. If you are SigmaBox owner, connect phone to PC via SigmaBox.

Try to perform following operations:
  1. Power phone On
  2. Wait for a 5-10 minutes
  3. Power it off
  4. Run Direct Unlock operation once again
  5. Post results in a current thread.

  2. Save log file
  3. Upload backup along with the log file to any filesharing web site
