Hello good day mates, for bothering here, if you will have the solution for me smard detect the card, and discard problems drivers, my box did not detected on any computer even so it has formatiado the smard card I put in another box and if it detects me, according to my friend who works with me says soldo cel cables, but he realized that was not connected the wire wing box, and from there no longer pulled the box, I hope your remarks, thanks in advance

SigmaKey Smart-Card would work only in SigmaKey Dongle or Box, in other readers software would not detect it.

You may try to clean card holder and Smart-Card contacts and insert it back, then reinstall drivers from official site and try to start software.

Please note that SigmaKey box or dongle should be connected directly to USB port on PC motherboard.
