sigma huawei edition refused to service this huawei phone . why ? - GSM-Forum

i recently purchased sigma key huawei edition. i want to service this huawei model ( CUN-AL00 ) but it always gives error. plz see screen shot.
plz solve this problem.

@ quasim0438,

It looks like exactly this phone has some malfunctions, due to them phone is not getting recognized as a Huawei device.
Try to Re-flash phone with original firmware and repeat IMEI repair operation after that.

actually this is chinese release model. and may be it have some modified firmware.so i can not take risk to flash it.i tried 3 pieces and same problem for this model.all others are working fine..
plz solve it from your side if possible..... thanks.
