You need to reconnect / restart phone between operations. In fact SigmaKey change the phone mode to service it, but for next operation you try to catch it on same selected port that do not exist anymore. Just keep pressed power on button for few seconds and reattach USB cable. "Wait xxxxxxxxx seconds ..." message will disappear.
