That is a very bad policy and several of us have asked you to reconsider that and change that policy.

Can you please answer this question ? (AND PLEASE ANSWER IT)

You have a very strict policy in regards to your boxes..... lets say a user have a sigma box serial 1111111 and He works 2 years saving OEM INFO files and making backups to be able to repair HIS CUSTOMERS PHONES WITH HIS BOX.

Then the BOX or simcard gets damaged.... and you will say.... yes yes there is no warranty.... YOU MUST BUY ANOTHER BOX.

OK he says.... lets support SIGMA i buy another box .... but the box has now serial number 2222222

And then suddenly he wasted 2 years of his life and have allot of problems with his customers because the backups made for the last 2 years of his customers systems are useless and if a phone gets damaged he will not be able to repair it .... have you thought about that ?

Can you please explain to us your customers why this CRAZY policy of binding the backup with the serial numbers from the box ?

WOULD YOU HELP THAT CUSTOMER AND RECONSTRUCT FOR HIM THE HUNDREDS OF BACKUPS HE HAS MADE THOSE 2 YEARS SO THEY CAN USE AGAIN THEIR BACKUPS WITH THE NEW BOX SERIAL NUMBER 222222 ?

PLEASE ANSWER THAT

THAT BINDING THE BACKUP TO THE SERIAL NUMBER POLICY IS CRAZY !!

Because file is already encrypted and can not be used by non Sigma box users. So why this ploicy

Please add the test point function without using the exact firmware from update.app. just with a click and automatically send to testpoint, something like the umt does with the zte and xiaomi.

sigma is only updating for the huawei brand we need support for the other brands, motorola, xiaomi, mtk etc.
