Member: 1202427 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1604781 Thanks Meter: 27 | Sigmabox firmware update problem I have a problem with Sigmabox after updating to firmware 2.04. I installed the new version, downloaded new firmware and updated box. After the software restarted it checked box firmware then it draws a weird pattern on the software box on the screen, almost like 2 $ $ signs. Then it hangs saying initializing... If I start the software and connect the box and check for update it says it is already updated and will not let me attempt another update, just in case something wrong happened. What can be done to solve the problem? Br, Zeddicus. |

I captured the image while trying with previous 2.03.03 version, but it was all caused while updating with 2.04. With it, it is exactly the same result, and it hangs in that position. I must also add that this is the first time something like this happens to me. I have being using Sigmabox for quite some time, and has proved to be very reliable and sucessful box. I bought this box over a year ago, and it was at GSMSERVER. Why should I contact them to resolve an issue that was caused after the update. The box was working perfectly well before I made the update. I even activated Pack1 not so long ago. So, please, could you explain to me what kind of a solution is this one? I think another smartcard update could probably solve the issue, because it is not dead. Loading sigmakey software before attaching the box detects the smartcard and reports that it is already updated and would not let me attempt to update once more. I have made countless updates over the past year and everything has gone very well. Help me out, please. Zeddicus | |
