What? You complain now? Hahaha..wait..will be pack 4-5-6 etc! For me..this box is worst box ever! Becouse after i purcase box..2-3 month..they put me activate pack1! I expect..if i buy one NEW box to recive atleast one year free update. Look..they sold even now box without activation..and w/o activation box is useless! You can do more service with a cheap 30 euro dongle! How you can ask 150euro for one crap box w/o activation? This box not suport flash,frp was added LAST in the world..all important update is by pack as nobody else! Undestant you not work for free..but i buy this box becouse i trust in all your product..since i have all your box! But..put me pay again 70 usd after i pay 200 euro 2 month ago, after pack 1 come out..not fair for me! You need te do so: all box buy it one year before pack1 come out..recive pack1 for free! All box buy it more than one year after pack1 come out..pay xx euro!

I really like thiis update since team is adding Sony models as it was suposed to be doing a long time ago and where negleting.

But if Sony models are realised and hopping more models are released on next updates, also as expected.

One decision made me very sad.

I have all 3 packs activated, but even having them I find this to be very bad decision to obligate users to have pack 3 activated, since what was released on pack 2 activation where Sony models.

At my way of seeing things all Sony models should be added to same Pack not distributed between packs.

Since Pack 2 stated the folowing at you oficial info:

Motorola smartphones: Read unlock codes, Read SPC code
ZTE, Sony smartphones: Get unlock codes

This was released on 14th May 2015, and it said on released Sigma v.2.11.00: Unlimited Sony Unlock and Repair!

So why you have putten then on diferent pack?

For client to buy newer pack?

And in October 2016 you've released newer Pack 3

In a timeframe of a little more than a year you've released 2 Packs, have putten services mixed on your packs in order to force activations and also have putten software more complicated in order for servicing with it.
Also I see small or nothing of hearing costummers demands.

No Sony for almost 2 years (not yet two years fortunatly)
No distinguish between servicing phones and Accounts removals as it was being discussed on vote topic before pack 3 release.
Pack 3 price increase.
No new models on Calculation Tab
No new PID updated.
And so on....


Please come back to *******rs and not take decisions only as you feel.

It's import to support us and not only yourselves.

yes sigma team is money *******s now, many guys didnt activate pack3 because there is many team gave free FRP so they increase pack 3 price and now release sony for pack 3 then what the hell we do with pack 2 ???? what about our paid money for pack 2????

There are 3 groups of Sony devices. The first group doesn’t require any packs, the second group requires Pack2 and the third group works using Pack 3.

I am happy with update update. If unlocking is your business, the price on packs is low. They release new pack once in 1,5-2 year. Every time the pack contains something extremly new and exlusive.
You want yearly payment or packs system? I prefer packs.
