You need to downgrade this phone to lower version, if you want to repair imei on it. Read the manual.

i have download the file.
enable manufacture mode with dealer,but when i click enable downgrade the process failed with error security patch not supported.

if i try to flash in fastboot mode the write file button isn't enable to flash firmware.

the .skf file for downgrade android 9.xx is not present.

there is the file only for 10.xx.

last question.

for operation need pack 4 activation??
