hello team sigma, I have this error with my sigma card, already format my pc and follow the same problem

can you help me because this error comes out?

SigmaKey v.2.30.04 build 01
841976391 Sigma dongle 2.30, Initializing...OK
Pack 1: Activated
Pack 2: Activated
Pack 3: Activated

@ mr-d0g,

Try to perform following:

Disconnect SigmaKey fro PC
Take out Smart card
Clean it
Place it back
Repeat operation once again.

In case same issue appears, try using Smart card in another reader (compatible readers: SigmaKey/Smart-Clip2/Octopus/Octoplus/Medusa/Pegasus)
In case same issue appears, it indicates that Smart Card is damaged.
