dear team

i'm facing problem in uploading flash file in sigma software

i downloaded the flash file by connecting my sigma box with boot loader and when i tried to upload that flash file in sigma box its not uploaded gave an error

for instance i downloaded the file 4045D and open the sigma box then i went to QCOM then flash and then clicked to upload and went to the path where i saved the flash file but its not visible here but when i normally open my alcatel saved file folders its visible but when i go with sigma box its not visible
