Hello,

I have this phone TELEFUNKEN TM500 based on MT6252 SOC locked on m:tel :: Home

Here is direct unlock log:

It says unlocked but it's not since even after unlocking it asks for np code. Reading codes doesn't give me any codes at all, here is log:

I guess since SIGMA is able to do all these operations unlock should not be too difficult to add as option

What network Provider / country this phone is locked to?
What is signed at the phone's screen when you power's phone on with not original SIM card?

It is locked to MTEL Bosnia & Herzegovina and when it is powered with unsupported sim card it asks for NP CODE.

Bro, which box you use as interface, i try z3x and sigma box with c3300k, but not see phone at all ..... please answer

Current phone model requires to be connected to PC via COM cable or COM port emulator.
Connect it via SigmaBox and run operation according to the manual for MT62xx based phone models.
After that post results in a current thread.

i tried c3300k , standard samsung uart cable for z3x, no way ....... not connect sigma soft
