Read unlock manual for U8180 carefully and run unlock manual according to it, please.

Direct unlock
IMPORTANT! All smartphones should be connected to PC's USB 2.0 port directly.

1. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
2. Go to "Unlock" tab
3. Set the phone to Fastboot mode (procedure is explained in Fastboot manual)
4. Connect your device to PC with USB cable
5. Install required Huawei smartphone driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time). Phone will be detected as Android Sooner Single ADB Interface in device manager.
6. Select Android Sooner Single ADB Interface in the ports selection tab
7. Press "Unlock" button

How to enter Huawei U8180 in FastBoot Mode

1. Switch the device OFF
2. Remove the battery and hold it removed for 10 seconds, then place it back
3. Press and hold down Vol -, Menu and Power buttons simultaneously until your phone completely freezes

Description of Get unlock codes operation for Huawey smartphones:

For Huawei smartphones Sigma doesn't show unlock codes. It shows Lock Status and a number of available code entry attempts near each type of code.
Closed lock: active unlock code
Open lock: inactive unlock code

@ firuz2010,

An issue you're dealing with appears because you are trying to Unlock phone's bootloader.
Re-connect phone in a Download mode and repeat Direct Unlock operation.
Also, why are you using an outdated version of Sigma Software?
It is recommeneded to use latest on, v2.04.00.

Direct unlock manual for U8180

2. "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
3. Go to "Unlock" tab
4. Set the phone to FastBoot mode
   • Switch the device OFF
   • Remove the battery and hold it removed for 10 seconds, then place it back
   • Press and hold down Vol -, Menu and Power buttons simultaneously until your phone completely freezes
5. Connect your device to PC with USB cable
6. Install required Huawei smartphone driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
   • FastBoot mode driver
7. Select required Interface in the ports selection tab:
   • Fastboot mode: Phone will be detected as Android Sooner Single ADB Interface in device manager
8. Press "Unlock" button
