Unable to restore certificate - GSM-Forum

Hi, what is the problem with sigmakey ? on latest versions i was able to restore certificate from other phones, but now i have this problem:

Its not the first phone with this problem

What an issue current phone has?
Why you want to perform Write certificate operation?
Also, please send me in private file you are trying to use and your box serial number.

The phone is working perfectly, i only want to repair imei, i did the same thing many times without problems
Im performing write cert operation to repair imei
