says unlock successful and when it check service menu it says unlocked, BUT when customer left and placed sim card inside it ask for unlock code. Anyone have problem like that?

ricky2k1, Most possible that the customer reflashed this phone / performed OTA update. Just unlock the phone once again.

thanks, the customer was pretty pissed but had to redo unlock. But will all sony phone relock if it updates?
