Hello guys,
Any idea to unlock this model ZTE ZMax Z970??

@ techman73,

Officially current phone model is not supported at the moment.
But you can try to connect phone via various modes and check whether Diagnostic port appears.
In case after you have connected phone to PC Diagnostic port appears, try running Direct Unlock operation and post results along with the log file in a current thread.

This phone is potentially supported by Sigma.

If it’s possible to root the phone, run the required service procedure (unlock or repair), according to this manual.

Pues a mi me acava de hacer el root con 360(dosletraschinas)root... y unlock con adb a.. SigmaKey v.2.12.03...

@ Gambitv01,

Current firmware version was already successfully unlocked.
According to the log files you have posted, communication with phone is not stable.
Make sure that:

Battery is fully charged
All the side programs, that may interfere with the phone, are closed
Phone’s cable and device itself should not be disconnected or disturbed until the procedure is fully completed
Connect phone to USB port placed on the backside of PC (motherboard's USB port)
Do not connect or disconnect other USB cables into the PC during the actual work with the phone
Avoid using any kind of USB HUBs and long USB cables. Use the shortest-length USB cable available.
Phone has stock (factory) firmware version
SIM card is removed
After that try running Direct Unlock operation once agian
