Power the phone ON, then power OFF. Select the correct phone model from the list.
Then repeat the service operation.

I have two mobiles vivo (1915) y19 its fully charged but result its same error

Vivo are move to new security which are blocked brom port...

vivo February patch blocked brom mode by keys
Need find test point to enter in Brom mode
but vivo mtk6765 there is way to enter in brom or service in preloader mode
