1st of all: use LATEST sigma version.
2nd: show the log from latest Sigma
3rd: here's the video manual of unlocking, and here's the textual manual

This phone should be "rooted".
What happens when you press "Direct unlock" (on the "Unlock" bookmark).

@ lucik,

Rooting with Kingo rooter has passed incorrectly.

Try to perform "Revoke root privileges", then root it with Sigma.

By the way, does this phone show diagnostic port? If yes, select it on Qcom tab and unlock this phone
