Did you try to run Direct unlock operation according to this manual?

This behavior was discussed earlier. Anyway...
In some cases it is impossible to read unlock codes. Then Sigma Key shows only lock status icon (locked/unlocked). So this is not a bug, just use Direct Unlock to do job.
Unlock status icons and codes (if present) are shown in the panel. No codes in the log.

An issue you're dealing with will be deeply analyzed by product developers. All of the data was already transferred and will be analyzed as soon as possible.

Hi

Same problem for me, sigmakey say unlock done but the phone still asking for SIM ME code. The same in two phones.

It's any solution for this?
