1. Enable diagnostic port (Android ADB -> Qualcomm tab)

2. Install the drivers (if the phone asks for them)

3. Direct unlock (Qualcomm tab)

virgin_phones, the problem is that the manual for Vodafone Smart 4 Turbo wasn't properly understood. Re-read it once again.

All you need to do are a couple of things:

Root
Enable diagnostic port
Select this port on Qualcomm tab and unlock the phone

Apart from downloading the latest SigmaKey software, what else do I need to run the installed software and unlock my phone? I'm running the software as Administrator under Windows 10.

You need to have SigmaKey dongle or box and follow this manual in order to be able to service current phone model.
