At the moment Repair IMEI feature is not supported for Qualcomm based Motorola phone models.
IMEI can not be restored for XT615, currently.

We've just released update for the Sigma Software.
With this update Avvio 410, ZTE T12 has been officially added to the list of supported cell phones, unlock operation for N720 phone model was improved, and many other innovations were implemented.
Huawei U8666E-51 ( Ascend Y201 Pro) was already supported by SigmaKey for a long time.
Please perform following steps and post results in a separate thread:

1. Download Sigma Software v1.20.00
2. Install it
3. Update your SigmaKey/Box to version 1.22
4. Run Direct Unlock operation for your phones
5. Post results along with the log file in a separate thread.

@ ARAB GSM,

Please try running unlock operation for XT389 phone model using latest SigmaKey release and post results along with the log file in this or separate thread.

@ tonygsm20,

XT605 is not currently supported phone model.
Please check list of supported handsets by referring to this link.
